Our Chennai training center offers two specialized programs — the Smartphone Chip Level Technology Course (20 months) and the Smartphone & Laptop Chip Level Technology Course (22 months) — combining classroom instruction with hands-on practical training and a 12-month industry internship at top service centers.

Students train on the same professional-grade repair equipment used in real service centers, including BGA machines, CPU reballing systems, microscopes, LCD separator machines, laser back-glass removal machines, ultrasonic cleaners, preheating and lamination machines, and rework stations — ensuring genuine, real-world chip-level repair training.
